How do I know if I am eligible?

You must:

Be 18 years or over
Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Earn $25,000 before tax or more per year AND be employed or self-employed
Have a current Drivers Licence, Passport or Medicare Card
NOT be bankrupt or in a debt agreement
Not rely on Centrelink as your sole source of income

Do I already need to have selected my surgeon or dentist before applying?

No, you can find out how much you can borrow before making further plans.

Is the whole application done online or do I need to talk to someone?

You can complete the whole application online, but if you would like to talk to someone, you can call us on 1300 026 627.

What documents do I need to provide?

The documents you need to provide include a valid Driver's Licence, Medicare Card and Passport. Other documents required include income verification, which can be TWO most recent payslips for an employee or TWO most recent Tax Returns and Financials for a self-employed customer.

How long does it take Choice Cosmetics to decide on my application?

The length of time it takes to get conditional approval depends on individual circumstances. In some cases, it may take a few hours. In other cases, it may take a few days.

How long does it take to receive the money?

Once your loan has been approved, funds will typically be disbursed within 24 hours to your nominated bank account.

What happens if I have a problem repaying the loan?

We know that anyone can experience financial difficulties at one time or another. In some cases, the difficulty is temporary, and you might just need some time to get back on your feet.
