We will provide a return to our investors once interest is earned from clients through the establishment of loans. Choice will procure and manage loans for the investment trust.
Upon receipt of interest from the loans, Choice will distribute interest on a monthly basis to investors. Funds will be drawn down and utilised as loan numbers increase. Based on the proposed strategy of the trust and the anticipated returns to be generated from the loans, the trustee is targeting a long term investment return of 12% per annum.
It should be noted however that there are many factors which may affect the actual returns achieved by the fund.

The requirements of a professional investor include the following:

- Have or control gross assets of at least $10m or more

- Has previous experience in investing in securities that allows them to assess
- The merits of the offer
- The value of the securities
- The risks involved in accepting the offer
- Their own information needs
- The adequacy of the information given by the person making the offer
Please note that investors must accept a minimum term of investment of no less than 12 months and will not be required to establish security over their investment.
